What should I send for a technical service request?
The vessel name, IMO number, port and expected dates, the equipment concerned (maker and model if known), a short description of the job or defect, and photos if you have them.
Can I request marine stores with IMPA codes?
Yes. Send IMPA codes and quantities, or upload an Excel or PDF list through our contact form. We reply with a written quotation; prices are not shown on the website.
How can I reach you for an urgent requirement?
