Mooring and anchoring equipment you can rely on
Mooring winches and anchor windlasses are used at every arrival and departure. A failure during mooring or anchoring puts crew and vessel at risk and can stop the ship.
Berth Marine attends onboard, overhauls and repairs winch and windlass systems, and handles their hydraulic motors, valves and pipework. We also manage technical processes such as class and survey preparation and load testing.

Overhaul and repair of anchor windlass systems onboard.
Mooring winch repair
Overhaul and repair of hydraulic mooring winches.
Hydraulic drives
Repair of the hydraulic motors, valves and pipework that drive winches and windlasses.
Inspection
Inspection of drums, brakes and gearboxes, with findings reported.
Load testing
Load testing and class or survey preparation.
Spare parts
Parts identified through the IMPA system and supplied for onboard replacement.
