Which technical services do you provide?
We inspect, load test and service lifeboats, launching appliances and other lifting equipment, and we inspect and maintain ships’ fire-fighting systems. Describe the equipment and the job in the form and we will confirm what we can do.
What should I send for a service request?
The vessel name, IMO number, port and expected dates, the equipment (maker and model if known), a short description of the job or defect, and photos if you have them. The more detail, the faster we can quote and plan attendance.
How do I get a quotation for supplies?
Send your list with IMPA codes and quantities, or upload it as an Excel or PDF file. Add the vessel name, delivery port and required date. Prices are not shown on the website, so we reply with a written quotation.
Can you attend a vessel urgently?
Yes. We support urgent onboard requirements around the clock. Call or WhatsApp us with the vessel, port and problem, and also send the details through the form so nothing is missed.
Can I combine service and supply in one request?
Yes. Choose “Technical Service + Marine Supply” and describe everything in the details field. You can upload PDF, Excel, Word, JPG or PNG files up to 10 MB.
